I really do like Basics’ prospective of foundation and transition. From the book, I have included this with our participants.

I initially was not interested in doing Basics because our business has spent so much money on programs and books that came and went without much significance. I heard a few good things Basics and was later convinced to try it as a pilot project for our orientation group. I tried it and it seemed stalled at the beginning, but as I read the FC Guide, I realized that I had to rethink who I had facilitating the group, which was me😊. Eventually I found the right FC and Basics blew it out the water.
