These gatherings help parents:

  • Rediscover themselves as individuals

  • Strengthen family relationships

  • Gain tools for everyday life

  • Build friendships with others walking a similar path

What to Expect

  • Light snacks and refreshments are provided at each gathering.

  • Dates and times for activities will be announced once RSVPs are received.

  • Interested parents can download the Parent Interest Form directly from the website to reserve a spot.

Monthly Meetings: Parent and Youth Support & Planning

Our monthly meetings are safe, open discussions for both parents and teens.
Together, we:

  • Share experiences

  • Discuss goals

  • Plan activities that strengthen families and community support

These sessions are informal, supportive, and relaxed — come as you are and grow at your own pace.

                    Upcoming Seminars

1. You Are More Than Your Titles (Parent, Spouse, Employee…) — Get to Know That Person: Sometimes life can make us forget who we are beyond our roles. This seminar invites parents to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the person inside the parent. Through uplifting conversations and shared experiences, participants explore identity, purpose, and personal joy beyond daily responsibilities.

2. Being an Individual Who Is Also a Parent — Get to Know Them: This session helps parents see themselves and their children as growing individuals — both learning and becoming at the same time. Together we’ll explore how personal development and parenting can work hand in hand, so both parent and child continue to grow with confidence and respect for one another.

                      Upcoming Workshops

1. You Are More Than Your Titles — Life in Action Workshop: This interactive workshop builds on the seminar’s theme and turns insight into action. Parents will take part in guided activities that help them recognize personal goals, strengthen self-expression, and rediscover passions that may have been set aside while raising a family.

2. Being an Individual Who Is Also a Parent — Life in Action Workshop: A hands-on follow-up to the seminar, this workshop helps parents and caregivers practice what they’ve learned about self-identity and growth. Through reflection, journaling, and open discussion, participants will walk away with practical ways to nurture both their own dreams and their children’s development at home.

Be prepared for future events that include employability skills, career opportunities and other areas that advance the life of Parent Too! participants.

Note: Dates for each activity will be announced based on participation interest and RSVP responses. Parents who wish to attend can download the Parent Interest Form on the website to sign up.
